[REPORT] AC-DAO Council Report: Marketing Lead for March/April

Hello Community

The months of March and April have been a period of dynamic engagement and extensive collaboration for the AC-DAO marketing team. As the Marketing Lead and AC-DAO council member, I have spearheaded numerous initiatives that aimed at promoting our projects, enhancing our outreach, and refining our strategies to adapt to the evolving blockchain landscape. This report will outline the various activities undertaken during these months and the progress achieved.

Overview of Work Done:

  1. Team Coordination and Strategic Planning:

    • Over the two months, I conducted more than 10 calls with the AC-DAO team to discuss ongoing projects and evaluate new proposals. These sessions facilitated a cohesive approach to our operations and strategic alignment on multiple fronts.
    • We held weekly team meetings with Aurora Labs, where we collaboratively developed and implemented work plans. These meetings were crucial for synchronizing our efforts with Aurora Labs and ensuring that our marketing strategies are well integrated with overall project developments.
  2. Content Creation and Management:

    • My responsibilities included overseeing the daily creation, design, and approval of posts crafted by our SMM specialists. These posts, aimed at engaging our audience, were consistently disseminated across Twitter, Telegram, and Near Social.
    • The content strategy was carefully aligned with our overarching marketing goals, ensuring that every piece of content not only informed but also engaged our community effectively.
  3. Project Funding and Support:

    • As a part of the DAO and its council, i directly involved in the selection of the projects for further funding. This included conducting 15 detailed calls with various projects to understand their goals and assess their alignment with AC-DAO’s objectives.
    • These discussions helped in shaping a comprehensive strategy for promoting projects like gas.zip, blum, and swaplace, ensuring that the community understand what projects are in the ecosystem.
  4. Community Engagement through AMA Sessions:

    • I organized multiple AMA sessions titled “How it works” with projects we support. These sessions were designed to educate and engage the community, providing insights into the projects’ workings and developments.
    • Additionally, I hosted AMA sessions on channels not directly related to NDC, NEAR, or Aurora, expanding our outreach and engaging a broader audience.
    • We exclusively distributed rewards in Aurora, and I provided guidance on setting up wallets, making it easier for participants to receive rewards for their insightful questions.

We successfully heightened our project support, enhanced our community engagement, and streamlined our collaborative efforts with Aurora Labs. The foundation we have built is robust, and as we move forward, our focus will remain on nurturing the growth of the AC-DAO community and supporting the ecosystem’s expansion.
