We want to take this opportunity to extend our sincere apologies for the recent delays in processing closed proposals. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused our esteemed community leaders, and we deeply regret any negative impact it may have had…
The delays were due to election preparation and the fact that funds would have gone out late to communities if approved for July.
To redress the situation, we cordially invite all affected community leaders to resubmit their proposals for August, with our assurance that every submission will receive the due attention and consideration it deserves. We aim to provide a level playing field for all and ensure everyone’s voice is heard.
Please be assured that we continue striving to improve our processes and systems to serve our community better. We are grateful for your patience and understanding during this time, and we welcome any feedback or suggestions that can help us serve you better.

Also, we encourage all communities building for the three months of probation to submit their August proposals. This will help us give due attention to all proposals.
NOTE: The tracking sheet is still in use, and we encourage all Community Leaders to enter all requested information. A lot depends on the information entered here.
We (The community) have noticed that many leaders use funds for activities that do not lead to on-chain tractions. Given this, we call the attention of our great leaders to these updates ([Regional Communities Update] Procedures, RC-DAO KPIs - Google Docs) to help them strategise properly.
