My name is @frado , and I’m facilitating NEAR Protocol’s participation in the international Blockchain Rio - Brazil event. 23th, 24th and 25th July 2024
(23th july is a B2B event and 24th and 25th is an open event for 15k audience)
I’m reaching out to present a sponsorship opportunity for NEAR’s involvement in the Blockchain Rio 2024 event and to connect you directly with the event organizer so we can choose our speaker, brand experience, open marketing proposals for the ecosystem, and demystify the Brazilian market, which is quite advanced in terms of governmental blockchain, directly at the event located at EXPOMAG.
About the Event:
Blockchain Rio 2024 is one of the leading blockchain events in Brazil, attracting over 15,000 participants over three days, with one day solely dedicated to B2B (business-to-business) interactions. With a wide range of speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities, the event provides a unique platform for companies like NEAR to showcase innovative solutions and establish strategic connections in the Brazilian market.

Highlighting Brazil’s Blockchain Sector:
Additionally, it’s important to note that Brazil is at the forefront of blockchain adoption in various areas, from infrastructure to healthcare and finance, with initiatives such as the Digital Real (DREX) and the digital identity system. This event resembles other renowned events like Consensus and Token 2049 in Dubai and Singapore and will feature a day dedicated exclusively to B2B networking.
Sponsorship Proposal:
The sponsorship amount is $10,000 for a NEAR booth at the event. This investment would include:
- Space for a customized NEAR booth, where we can showcase our products, services, and initiatives.
- Brand experience, which NEAR would like to provide at the booth, such as beverages, multimedia, interactivity, screens; we are open to suggestions.
- NEAR speaker on stages discussing topics of their interest.
- NEAR workshop of our choice.
- Visibility as an official event sponsor, with prominent placement in promotional materials, digital media, and pre- and post-event communications.
- Exclusive networking opportunities with other participants, speakers, and thought leaders in the blockchain sector, at the closed B2B event.
Community Participation and Brand Experience:
We understand the importance of community participation in the event and would like to leave the possibility open for members of the NEAR ecosystem to get involved. Additionally, we will be working directly with the event organizer to ensure a unique and memorable brand experience for NEAR.
Suggestions:
We have individuals with great potential to participate in this event, such as @jlwaugh @johanga , @Dacha , @satojandro , Boris from Near Hub @joe-rlo , and other assets of the ecosystem who understand Spanish and possibly Portuguese, but mostly speak English, and I will be there to facilitate communication at the event.
