I am unclear how one would assess that these milestones are complete.

Due example, what are the KPIs/Metrics that would signal milestone 1 is complete?

I’m talking about the broken down milestones for the one project that is in this proposal.

For the university of Lagos partnership, what are the milestones?

Also a few of the first KPIs seem measurable, but many of them seem like general goals and objectives instead of measurable KPIs that can be tracked based on metrics.

Hi @chloe, thanks for following up with our application.

The milestone for the University of Lagos is to achieve the set KPIs for that institution which include the following but not limited to:

  • Organize a workshop in the University of Lagos for 150+ participants.

  • Participants from the workshop will build & launch at least 3 projects on Near.

  • Organize 1 hackathon in this institution that focuses on building apps that solve real-life problems.

  • Train 150 participants on how to build with Near SDK & BOS.

  • Build 3-5 projects(Apps) on Near up to TestNet, mainnet or MVP stage.

  • Create minimum of 2 curriculum on how to build with Near.

    • Establish a Near blockchain club in this institution that will continue to operate with/without funding.

The above KPI will be used as a benchmark for milestones 1 which is referred to “start of program”.

I hope this clarifies. Kindly let me know if you have more questions in regards to this.

Thank you for your support.
