Objective
Nomade Label will proudly celebrate the great brazilian musician Gilberto Mendes in his birthday’s month - October, offering the community live and virtual events, including film screenings and artistic performances inspired by his musical works. In order to spread this vivid month of celebration and to summon the event for the international community, I intend to write 3 articles about the event, bringing a closer look on what is being built there and its importance to the Near ecosystem.
Justification
The articles will be published in Nomade Label’s Medium page, which is under construction and will gain more attention with consistent and relevant information of the Dao’s activities. Gilberto Mendes [Gilberto Mendes - Wikipedia] was a 20th-century Brazilian avant-garde composer, and one of the pioneering fathers of the company New Consonant Music and is of great cultural relevance. We believe that his innovative approaches in the music scene, so ahead of his time, directly dialogue not only to Nomade Label’s experimental touch, but also to the whole Near community and its ways of constructing web3.
Nomade Label Dao is also preparing a newsletter that should be sent monthly to our subscribers, giving them a summary of the future dao’s activities, new content and new minted items in our store. Once the articles are spread through the newsletter, they will be a valuable way of bringing our public closer together and giving them a clearer idea of what the dao is currently achieving.
Project
While preparing for the project, I will write one article that will be released one week before the event, inviting people to join us - both physically and virtually.
During the week, the second article will be released, bringing an on-going update and sharing the live events with the virtual public. We will also reinforce the dates of the upcoming events, so people can still join.
One week after the event, the last article will be published, wrapping up the whole experience and evaluating it.
All of the articles will be illustrated with photos of the events, linking to NFTs on our Mintbase store and to other relevant NL’s content.
