- Ida Pandur - experience: Marketing and tech pro 15+ years in web2 and consulting, now CEO of NEAR Balkans Hub, and co-founder of Tekuno App and Zero effort design agency.
- Alen Meštrov - experience: Experienced software developer with expertise in blockchain technology.Previously, he worked as a technology and production lead at EY.
- Laura Bosazzi - experience: Experienced in creating user-centered design. In her 10 years of working in the IT field she created 50+ apps and websites from scratch and co-founded the Zero Effort design agency.
- Luka Sučić - experience: A seasoned entrepreneur, transitioned from startups to corporate roles, exploring innovation and investment. He co-founded NEAR Balkans Hub, Meta Change Capital and is guiding founders in blockchain-powered startups. A true defi enthusiast.

We aim to onboard projects and influencers on Pathfinder and build their decentralized newsletters through our email service. - Lore Secret Page - $500
Our goal is to incentivize projects within the ecosystem that have developed a lore storyline to offer their communities, more exclusive utilities such as Lore Secret Page, that is not released publicly, but can be distributed through Pathfinder. - NEAR Project Highlight Series - $1 000
With this activity we are utilizing our own decentralized newsletter, where we aim to onboard more users on Pathfinder, highlight some of the most successful ecosystem projects and offer education to the Pathfinder community about the same. - Collaborative Community Challenges - $500
Keeping the community active is very important, that is why we aim to collaborate with projects, and help them utilize Pathfinder for rewarding community challenges, personalized for every project. - Collection Wallpapers - $500
Another utility for the NEAR Projects and their community. This activity besides boosting the engagement between the project and the community is dedicated to raising awareness about the projects that are building on NEAR. - Total amount: $4 000

- What is the length of Commitment to Delivering Your Project? Will your team be working on this project full-time?
Yes, the team is working full-time and will continue to do so in order to achieve user growth, social media and community growth, as well as expand the collaboration within the ecosystem and grow the ecosystem itself. - Will your team be fully renumerated from this budget?
No, this budget is only for covering the User Acquisition strategy cost, that includes also collaboration with projects from the ecosystem, not limited to the following: Shitzu Apes, Sender Wallet, Lonk, DeFi Shards, NEAR Media and News DAO, Neko, Black Dragon, and NEARWEEK.
Section 9. Project/DAO longevity
- Does your project/DAO require one-time or continuous funding?
- The project is not dependent on the funding, but the funding defines the scope of the user acquisition strategy and with continuous funding, we will be able to execute such activities on a longer timeline, thus supporting more projects from the ecosystem and incentivizing their communities to learn more about other projects built on NEAR.
- Will your DAO/Project devise a way of sustaining itself after this round of funding?
- Yes, after this round we are expecting user growth, which is our target to also grow the community and onboard more projects on Pathfinder.
- What are the possible roadblocks to the success of your project/DAO?
- The project has very feasible use cases that are already live on mainnet and as possible roadblocks in execution of the user acquisition strategy, we can expect some projects to either be not interested or not responsive in terms of collaboration.
