INTRODUCTION
This proposal intends to execute a series of actions related to the onboarding of a Brazilian artist named Thiago Consp. The actions include onboarding, a graffiti workshop, the minting of the artist’s first series as NFTs, the creation of a virtual exhibition on 3xr Space with them and the publication of a NFT catalog of it.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Consp is a graffiti artist, illustrator and graphic designer from São Paulo. Consp’s works have a strong reference to Afropunk culture, transiting through the diversity of tribal and contemporary characteristics in the form of illustrations that prove to be powerful tools for political-racial questioning.

OBJECTIVES
To produce and execute the following actions:
1) ONBOARDING
If approved, this proposal will be onboarding 15 people on the Near ecosystem (the invited artist Consp, the person who will write the exhibition catalog presentation text and 13 workshop participants) , including the creation of wallets and forum profiles.
Participants will also be part of a one-hour tutorial by @bagadefente on how to use both things plus how to do NFT minting and collect artworks on Mintbase and Paras. To do this, each new wallet will receive 1N to buy their first NFT (plus 0,3N for creation and taxes for transactions).
2) GRAFFITI WORKSHOP
In this in-person, free for participants workshop to be realized in Botucatu, SP (Brazil), Consp, the invited artist will present the origins, styles and techniques of graffiti, one of the most contemporary and representative styles of Brazilian street art.
Each participant will learn about the artist’s processes to create his artworks, from digital sketches to spray techniques, plus the challenges of producing art pieces on canvas using this language, how to create their own works and to make NFTs from it.
This workshop is aimed at visual artists, enthusiasts and people interested in urban/street art, digital art and NFTs. It will have 8 hours of duration (including a one hour lunch break and a one hour NEAR ecosystem and NFT minting tutorial), with 13 spots available from 15 years old.
3) ONLINE EXHIBITION
Creation of Consp’s first NFT series, to be minted on Mintbase and then turned into an online exhibition using 3xr.space. We will choose between 12 and 16 physical artworks from the series “Studies on Silence”, a collection of paintings portraying black men with great expressiveness using few traits, little contrast, earthy tones in a current and calm aesthetic. These canvases will be photographed in high resolution and receive image treatments to be minted as 300dpi JPGs.
4) NFT EXHIBITION CATALOG
Creation of a digital catalog (PDF format) from the virtual exhibition, approximately 16 pages long. Limited to 100 editions NFT, the catalog includes an introductory text about the series from an invited curator/researcher, a text written by the artist itself and the exhibition artworks with its information. The artist will use this as a way to attract posible collectors, offering this as an extra NFT to anyone that buys one of the NFTs from the series, or the 3xr gallery NFT. Each of the workshop participants will also have one edition airdropped to their wallets.

Those actions, plus the Near ecosystem and minting tutorials during the workshop won’t have costs, because it will be made by @bagadefente as part of his DAO work activities.

FINAL DELIVERIES AND BENEFITS
- Onboarding of one emerging Brazilian contemporary artist that deals with racial questions
- Onboarding of one curator and/or researcher of Brazilian contemporary art
- Onboarding of 13 diverse people (artists and non-artists) related and/or interested in art and technology
- Presentation of the Near ecosystem to all those onboarded people, some that can act as multipliers, getting more people aware of its existence
- Allow people to access a free high quality workshop sponsored by Near Foundation
- Minting of at least 25 new NFTs
- Airdrop of at least 20 NFTs
- Possibility to grab media attention to the Near blockchain with the help of NADA’s Press office, offering the launch of the first series of NFTs by an emerging artist as agenda to art related vehicles
