TLDR of the proposal:
Vietnam is one of the biggest community of NEAR, and there’re also a lot of devs wanna learn more about NEAR. In order increase the devs learning about NEAR and join NEAR courses, I suggest to launch Vietnam NEAR developer community to create an environment for devs to discuss more about NEAR technology. Thus, we need to have 2 Vietnamese developer guilds to support on this and keep active the community.
The community has been developing for 1 months with nearly 300 members - Telegram group
Potential impacts on the NEAR Ecosystem:
• Promote NEAR Blockchain to devs community
• Running Vietnamese NEAR courses
• Increase devs to build dapp on NEAR
Execution:
• By end of the month, we will create a $1000 in NEAR proposal in the NEAR Vietnam Community DAO SputnikDAO
• Admin of the group will provide NEAR technology information to group, keep group active, answers questions
• Crease the Learning program for Vietnam devs
