Based on our recent discussion concerning price volatility/valuation, please revise your NEAR payout amounts in accordance with following:
a. Valuation at $26.45 (Cdn)/hr using 7 day moving average of NEAR on final day covered by weekly report; PLUS
b. 10% NEAR
For example,
a. 40 hrs committed during week x 26.45 = 1058 Cdn (.8012 exchange rate on 31 Jul to USD)) = 847.67. 7 day MA on 31 Jul (Binance NEAR/USDT) - $2.29USD = 370.16 NEAR
b. 10% of 370.16 = 37.
c. Total: 407.16 NEAR
As well, please ensure you link to completed work (code, etc…) as applicable for transparency.
Please edit/advise once complete for review. Thanks

Values have been changed to reflect our discussion.
Thanks @Davantzis. Good to go to submit proposal to the Vital Point AI DAO in amount of 810 NEAR.
Going forward I’m looking to change up the format of your work completed reports a bit to emulate what will eventually occur on Catalyst making payout proposals easier to consume/verify:
-
Code/Testing/Bugs. Link to corresponding issue on the Github project board.
-
Documentation. Link to corresponding post/lesson/page on vitalpoint.ai (indicate draft/published).
-
Meetings/Planning Sessions/Liaison. Will require date/time/duration/subject. Potentially link to a calendar invite or refer to a shared Vital Point AI calendar. (to be determined).
Note that this type of verification is something we are going to want to implement inside of Catalyst payout proposals. Start thinking about ways to make this simple/automatic for both the contributor and the verifier (project owner). Intent is an auditable record of activity with defined output corresponding with agreed on deadlines/amounts.
In terms of upcoming short-term planning. As you’re aware, items you would schedule for yourself for the upcoming work period will become funding commitment proposals on Catalyst complete with milestones/payout amounts and deadlines. As is, those are to be referenced in payout proposals; however, we can also include a request payout button on the funding commitment proposal itself that auto-populates much of the info in the payout proposal, less links to the completed work. (one way of automating some of this - I’ll be adding it to the project board).
Thanks for the commitment/great work over the reporting period. Great to see your excitement and contributions as we move Catalyst closer to mainnet in a couple weeks. Let’s keep up the momentum and get as much packed in for the initial launch as we can.
