Proposal for the month and year: October 2022
Objectives:

Arrange post Soundsplash meeting to discuss report following 1-on-1 sessions with the artists and map out improvements, templates and engagements as needed moving forward into 2023.

Work with Lena to deliver brand standards guide draft for DAOrecords team

Package should include logo (horizontal and vertical and various colour applications), flyer templates and artist featured presentation backdrop.

Bi-Weekly Meeting @Vandal
*Weekly Meeting DAORecords Design & Development Team (Lena, Paul, Peter) -
Re-prioritize deliverables and prioritize urgent needs with Lena, with focus on on website design and brand guide, working with Paul to co-ordinate overall deadlines.

Deliver draft 1 outreach package for future artist engagements.

Re-cap on inventory of content needed during fund raising efforts & pitches.

Deliver social media and branded content around videogame conference.
*Attend Videogame conference with Vandal.
*Develop Nusantara and other label partnerships in October to end of year including new releases, in-person events & value added by DAORecords, meetings with labels regarding back catalogue minting.
Summary:
October will be the month for finalizing branding & design foundations for DAOrecords including brand guide, logo redesign and new landing page / interface for website & app. With the same focus as last month, I will look toward delivering brand guidelines and offer creative direction toward DAORecords:
- On-boarding & education
- Outreach and partnerships especially with labels (back catalogue.)
- Pitch Deck fine tuning and tools for fund raising.
