[PROPOSAL] 9INES Community Liaison Training

Subtotal Requested: $750 in USN

Budget: $750 = $75 x 10 (learning stipend for participants)

In light of the shift in the Creatives DAO funding structure, we have shifted our priorities somewhat. We resonate with urgency to become self-sustainable and are looking forward to participating in the workshops that will be offered by the NEAR Certified Creatives. In addition to the NEAR Creatives course, we have a team of about 10 people who have expressed interest in a weekly or bi-weekly study group, where we will explore a range of web3 and NEAR related topics, with a strong emphasis on how to utilize the platform to generate income. One of our goals is to use this knowledge to introduce web3 commerce and entrepreneurship to our communities. We are excited.

We would like to offer participants in our Community Liaison Collective Training a small $75 (in USN). In order to receive this stipend, each participant will commit to:

  • create various testnet accounts, including mintbase and ref.fi

  • practice staking NEAR on ref.fi testnet

  • create a neardrop campaign and facilitate the creation of 5 NEAR wallets

  • swap USN for NEAR; exchange for fiat

  • mint 3 NFTs on our 9INES Mintbase Store

  • post at least one NFT/collections on social media

  • collaborate in building curriculum to teach NEAR to our communities

  • collaborate in building the 9INES roadmap

  • (optional) create a testnet Paras account](https://paras.id/) and create a collection

As mentioned, we hope to also participate in the NEAR Certified Creatives course for NEARcomers and aim to further discuss, practice, and apply what we learn in the NEARcomers course in the community liaison trainings.

We will develop a system to teach what we have learned to communities and will share our efforts with the NEAR community as well.

Metrics for success
Within 30 days of starting the training, participants will:

  • create 50 NEAR wallets using Neardrops

  • mint 30 NFTs on our 9INES Mintbase Store

  • stake 500 NEAR on Ref.fi testnet

  • confidently be able to swap NEAR for USN and exchange NEAR for fiat

  • outline a curriculum to teach communities how to successfully engage with NEAR protocol and affiliated DApps

  • draft a baseline roadmap for how 9INES will proceed collectively
