1- RESSONÂNCIA PODCASTS PROPOSAL
Goal: To continue the ongoing Ressonancia project, that aims to dialogue between visual and sound arts and address the diversity of cultural movements; a podcast with the same name and episodes published holding discussions in a democratic, accessible and global way of the transdisciplinary experience of art.
In the month of June, we would like to record 3 podcasts to be launched in middle/end June and mid July and from now on keep the rhythm biweekly.

Tiago Mesquita is an art critic and professor of art history. Doctor in philosophy from the University of São Paulo, he has published in journals such as Revista Quatro Cinco Um, Novos Estudos Cebrap, Revista Fevereiro, Folha de S. Paulo and O Público (Lisbon). He published the books “Imagem Útil, Imagem Inútil”, “Rodrigo Andrade: Resistance of Matter”, “Paulo Monteiro: The Interior of Distance” and “Cassio Michalany: Como walks a color”.

With more than 38 years of career as a DJ Magal has been at the forefront of the Brazilian underground scene as resident of the legendary clubs Madame Satã, Rose Bom Bom, Cais and Hoellisch, Columbia, Stereo, Vegas, D-Edge, Lions Club, Club Jerome and specially the famous Cio party which he co-founded. His extensive musical background made him an essential character in the history of the electronic scene, spreading genres such as Post-Punk, Synth-Pop, Industrial, Electro, Electronic Body Music (EBM), Acid House and Techno through his formidable sets. He has already been invited to play in important festivals such as Nokia Trends-SP, Sònar-SP, Spirit Of London-SP, Locca Festival Open Air (Weimar-Germany), Skol Beats-SP, Tribaltech Reborn-PR, Injeção Eletronica -SC, Dekmantel SP 2018 and Time Warp SP 2018… DJing professor in the Electronic Music Production Course at University Anhembi-Morumbi for 12 years.

Efforts born out of a relentless will to create and have taken him across the globe, from Tokyo for the Red Bull Music Academy, to the stage of festivals such as Sónar and Dekmantel, throughout some of the finest venues in Brazil, as well as at the helm of Sao Paulo nocturnal avant-garde as one of the artists energizing the ODD collective.
