Project title: Partnership Development - North America (EiR)
One-liner: Development and expansion of educational and developer partnerships in North America via higher education institutions, private institutions (boot camps, etc) and entrepreneurs/influencers.

Project Summary: Our aim is to make NEAR the go-to protocol for Web3 in the Americas by providing the most expansive, highest quality, and most accessible education platforms to people of all backgrounds who are interested in learning both its technical and non-technical aspects to build, teach, or incorporate into their existing businesses. We do this by strengthening relationships with currently onboarded universities, sourcing talent and guiding that talent to apply to NEAR Uni courses, fellowships, and grants. We also aid developers in understanding how to propose their projects for building on NEAR and send those proposals to the NEAR Foundation grants team.

- Led a workshop at a local accelerator/coworking space talking about NEAR and its educational opportunities. New relationships (and potential proposals) acquired at this event.
- SEO suggestions (with colleague/fellow in N America)
- Developed flow document to guide potential NEAR entrepreneurs and developers through the NEAR programs from certification to fellowship to grant to funding
- Cooperated with hacker house to incorporate this flow in its agenda
- Support for at least 15 proposals to NEAR Foundation and NEAR University this month
- Intros between Open Forest Protocol to present at United Nations University in Costa Rica (leading initiative — presentation about how blockchain can provide environmental conservation opportunities)
- Decentralized grant process collab with larger team for proposal (May submission goal)
- Support for AMA weekly (leading calls, finding speakers/presenters)
- Intro entrepreneurs building on NEAR to funders and mentors for ongoing partnered support (NEAR Uni still provides support as well)
