Get training from the Narwallets team on the development process and maintenance of NEAR smart contracts for the Sputnik DAO v2; understand and learn to create educational content around the NEAR development platform and also inside knowledge on what is like to work on a protocol that will be migrating from testnet to mainnet

Type: Bring new Developers to the NEAR Academy and take the NCD Bootcamp
Description: Onboard developers into NEAR courses and teach them the development process with the NEAR environment with Rust and Assembly Script
Results:
- 35 developers took the NCD Bootcamp
- 4 teams presented in the DEMO Day
Rewards: 676 NEAR in total - 32 NEAR for each student who completed the bootcamp (18 people = 576 NEAR) and 100 NEAR to the top performing team

Making progress to do an initial pilot of a 1 month program and work in developing a full semester course for the engineering faculties or IT related fields to train professors that will be giving the courses.
The first University to start a pilot is Instituto Tecnológico de Pabellón de Arteaga, which will begin on the 2nd week of September.
Next Universities in the list are the Universidad Tecnolófica de Tijuana, Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit and Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas.
