Support the 5th NCD bootcamp in NEAR Hispano
From September 27th to October 1st, the second NCD Bootcamp in Spanish was launched with a NEAR Certified Instructor from NEAR Hispano Guild 
- 69 developers enrolled in the bootcamp
- 56 people participated in the first day of the NCD bootcamp
- 35 NEAR Wallets created

Status: Stopped
The teachers from the Instituto Tecnologico de Pabellon de Arteaga, are not able to kickstart the project.
We will find a replacement partner to do that in University Autonoma de Zacatecas.
Onboard SOAL learning platform
SOAL was awarded a NEAR Foundation grant and will build a learning platform that will help NCD bootcamps track the students learning path and apply rewards, as well as assign an NFT certificate if the completion of the bootcamp has been done correctly.
Playbook for other Guilds to launch the NCD bootcamp in their region
We have documented the daily activities of the bootcamp in order to create historical information on how the program is evolving.

We are working with two teachers in Mexico, to help us create the framework for implementing bootcamps in different formats.
Partnership with Blockchain Academy Mexico
The Blockchain Academy team has communicated to us that they will need more time to prepare their bootcamp. So they will start in November and we have reduced the scope of the goals, since they will only be doing 2 bootcamps on 2021.
Preparation:
- One week for planning
- Two weeks in design course materials and landing page
- One week follow up before the event
The partnership will include three bootcamps for the following months:
- November 2021 - 1st week
- December 2021 - 1st week
Goals:
- 25 to 50 Certified Developers
- 5 to 10 Certified Instructors
