Hi everyone!

This is Andreas, Compliance Manager of NDC Services Inc.
I am pleased to announce that NDC has officially launched its own KYC portal to service the entire NEAR ecosystem, effective immediately.

  1. You can complete your KYC profile here:
    https://go.fractal.id/NDC-KYC

  2. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED KYC please review the following:
    a) You must re-verify your KYC account with NDC.
    b) Log into the above link using the email associated with your existing KYC profile.
    c) Your information will be retrieved so you don’t have to complete a new profile.
    d) You may be asked to upload a more recent proof of address if the proof is older than 6 months.

  3. You will need to upload your NEAR wallet to the KYC profile. If you wish to change the NEAR wallet you previously uploaded, you can add the new wallet address.
    —NDC will only send payments to NEAR wallets that are associated with your profile.

  4. This new NDC KYC profile is required for all funding following the approved January 2024 distributions.

  5. Once you have completed this new KYC profile you will be verified in NDC’s system for 365 days and will not need to re-verify until after this period, pending ID expiration, sanctioned country updates, and NEAR wallet illicit activity engagement.

  6. BE ADVISED it can take up to 72 business hours to review a submitted KYC profile so DO NOT wait until the last minute before funding is distributed.
