Meta Pool Ambassador September Report -Queen

September was packed with governance updates, community sessions, and content focused on keeping the Meta Pool community informed and active. Here’s everything I worked on this month:

:studio_microphone: AMAs & X Spaces
I hosted and co-hosted key conversations to keep the community engaged with the latest Meta Pool updates:

  • Anchored a governance-focused AMA on mpIP-16, breaking down the importance of vote expiration cycles and why renewing votes matters.

  • Co-hosted with Blesilyns and marcrypted, featuring Reece as a guest speaker to unpack how vote renewal strengthens DAO governance.

  • Contributed to broader community discussions on governance, staking, and Meta Pool’s growing role in DeFi.

These sessions weren’t just technical — they helped show how governance connects to real people, decisions, and the future of DAOs.

:woman_teacher: Workshops
This month, I co-hosted a workshop with Blesilyns and marcrypted on Node Economics 101.
We explained:

  • Why validators matter as the backbone of Proof of Stake.

  • The costs of running a validator node (hardware, electricity, time).

  • The rewards and how they tie back to uptime and community trust.

  • Meta Pool’s Node Studio Program, designed to support professional node operators and strengthen NEAR’s decentralization.

It was an eye-opener for many who realized staking is not just about rewards but about keeping networks secure and resilient.

:thread: Educational Threads
I created content that broke down complex ideas into relatable and easy-to-digest formats:

  • Explained mpIP-16 and why vote expiration keeps governance fresh and fair.

  • Shared reminders on renewing votes before cycle deadlines.

  • Connected DeFi and real-world frustrations, showing why Meta Pool’s governance approach matters.

  • Highlighted validator roles, costs, and rewards, making node operations more relatable.

:loudspeaker: Promotions & Community Engagement

  • Posted recaps of AMAs and workshops for those who couldn’t attend live.

  • Shared meme-style content to make governance and staking fun and accessible.

  • Used my platform to drive awareness of key Meta Pool events like the Meme Contest, Delegate Program proposal (mpIP-19), and the Node Studio Cohort 2 launch.

:pushpin: Summary
September was all about governance, education, and decentralization.
From mpIP-16 to Node Studio, every activity highlighted Meta Pool’s focus on strengthening the ecosystem and empowering the community.

For me personally, it was about turning technical updates into human stories, making governance approachable, and showing that Meta Pool is not just innovating in staking but also in DAO governance.

October is here, and I’m excited to keep building and amplifying :rocket:
