August was special. Meta Pool turned 4, and I poured my energy into creating content, hosting, and amplifying the community during this milestone month.
Here’s a look back at my Meta Pool activities in August:
AMAs & X Spaces
This month was filled with interactive conversations where I connected directly with the community.
• Co-hosted the Meta Pool Anniversary AMA with fellow ambassadors Blesilyns and marcrypted, sharing our journeys and celebrating 4 years of building.
• Joined regional and global anniversary spaces, representing Africa and highlighting how our community marked the milestone.
These weren’t just talks, they were story-sharing moments that reminded us Meta Pool is powered by people.
Workshop
I had the privilege of co-hosting a hands-on session with Blesilyns and Marcrypted titled:
“From Savings to Staking with Meta Pool.”
We broke down:
• How everyday saving habits can evolve into staking.
• Why liquid staking matters for financial empowerment.
• Real-life examples to make concepts simple and practical.
Engagement was strong, and the feedback showed just how ready people are to learn and participate in DeFi.
Educational Threads
I kept the focus on simplifying Meta Pool for new and existing users. Some highlights:
• Breakdown of the Referral Campaign and how users can earn rewards.
• Explainer on mpIP-15 and mpIP-18, and why governance matters.
• Recaps of the 4-Year Anniversary celebrations and community vibes across regions.
• Practical content connecting real-life experiences to staking and governance.
These threads were written to make Meta Pool feel less like “DeFi jargon” and more like everyday empowerment.
LinkedIn Activations
I continued building Meta Pool’s visibility outside of X by sharing professional, story-driven posts on LinkedIn:
• Reflections on the 4th Anniversary milestone.
• Simplified updates on governance and the buyback program.
• Personal stories about why staking through Meta Pool is different from hype-driven projects.
LinkedIn became a key platform to reach professionals who are curious about Web3 but not yet active on X.
Summary
August was all about amplifying the 4-Year Anniversary, educating through relatable content, and creating spaces for the community to feel seen.
Every activity was about making staking more human, more accessible, and more meaningful.
