The Legal Guild is excited to start February announcing the arrival of our C1 Use Case in collaboration with @JCB. This Use Case is focused on Wrapped DAO, protecting a project’s intellectual property, and creating the right licenses for NFTs. A use case specifically concerning artists, NFT platforms, and distributing proceeds via crowdfunding and DAO’s.
C1 Guild (@c1-guild) intends to generate a separate funding stream for micro studios by raising funds through crowdfunding. A DAO, via its members, chooses what specific micro studios to fund. Several different legal aspects are addressed, including forming a legal entity to protect individual members from liability and distinguishing parties’ respective rights to intellectual property.
