NEAR AFRICA GAMERS

INTRODUCTION: Near Africa Gamers is a community focused on onboarding young African gamers and game builders into the Near ecosystem and fostering the growth and promotion of games built on Near among Africans

GIven the statistics of growth of gaming in Africa, we see a huge potential here to show more Africans the gaming products built on NEAR.

With this effect, we as a community seek to build wide and far. This is such that we aim at establishing University Campus web3 Game Hubs, which will foster education of NEAR, products on NEAR and bring about building of African based games.

Major focus is to see Africans playing around the games already built and to also see to the building of African games. The trajectory is to build African games because people are going to be easily onboarded when they have to experience their already known games in a more secured, scalable, and fast environment as NEAR.

HOW THIS OUR COMMUNITY AFFECTS NEAR POSITIVELY

Given how easy using and building on bOS is, we see the possibility of building widgets that supports all our ideas and make it essay for startup builders to come on NEAR.

Seeing that there are simple games to play with, onboarding users to IamHuman, and the use of near.social is our priority. We seek to prioritize on-chain activities for online events and contests.

ROAD MAP OUR COMMUNITY

FIRST MONTH: Set up of community and a vamp of community education activities
SECOND MONTH: Community events, workshops begin.
THIRD MONTH: Continues community workshop and onboarding of new members and developers
FOURTH MONTH: Target offline event in a university to begin set up of game hubs.
BEYOND: Many activities and building plans.
