[Internal] Encode Hackathon - Mintbase challenge prize

Encode was a 4-week hackathon focused on NEAR. We hosted a workshop on MintbaseJS + submitted a challenge. NEAR sorted Mintbase’s sponsorship fee but we must cover pay the $2000 in NEAR prize for the challenge winner.
