I can’t log in Near Mobile with Hot Seed Phrase

I already registered a Hot Wallet account. When I opened the NEAR Mobile App for the first time, I chose the “Import Wallet” option. Then, I copied the 13-word seed phrase from my Hot Wallet and pasted it into the NEAR Mobile App. However, the app only provides 12 input boxes, so after pasting the 13 words, the “Continue” button remained disabled and I couldn’t proceed.

Next, I tried entering 12 of the words manually, but the app displayed this error:

“Invalid Mnemonic. The mnemonic you entered is invalid. Please check and try again.”

The NEAR mobile app exclusively supports 12-word mnemonic seed phrases, so pasting 13 words or entering 12 words from a 13-word phrase will trigger an invalid mnemonic error.

Additionally, the HOT wallet generates a standard 12-word seed phrase, not 13 words, so it’s possible there was an error when you recorded or stored the seed phrase.
