Broken onboarding

Hello there!
I need your help to resolve my problem with the wallet accounts.
I created a new wallet using my Ledger. But I stuck with a problem. I will describe what I did step by step in the hope that it helps resolve my problem:
I was open Google Chrome,
go to: https://near.org/
push the button “Wallet.”
push the button “Create Account.”
entered account ID “jooyy.”
push the button “Create Account.”
in “Choose Security Method,” I choose “Ledger Nano S or X.”
connect my Ledger
push the button “Continue.”
according to instructions, I was going to “LiveLedger” app
Download NEAR app
open NEAR app in my Ledger X
push the button “Continue.”
confirmed operation on my Ledger
wallet shows me the address “bf7a6d1625ae6765147c2cf5fe3b0bb1b31194c2338b37742e66aba181b0dfa2”
I have copied them and sent them to my friend
He sent to me 1 NEAR
Then connection with my Ledger was interrupted in the step where I must approve my name by signing contract via Ledger
I restarted my Ledger
open NEAR app
open page "NEAR Wallet
Click on the button “Import Existing Account.”
Click on the button “Sign in with Ledger.”
wallet showed my account without ID (jooyy) only address “bf7a6d1625ae6765147c2cf5fe3b0bb1b31194c2338b37742e66aba181b0dfa2”
then your system not detected my account ID, and I repeated registrations steps
entered account ID “jooyy”
push the button “Create Account.”
in “Choose Security Method,” I choose “Ledger Nano S or X.”
push the button “Continue.”
confirmed operation on my Ledger
wallet shows me the the same address “bf7a6d1625ae6765147c2cf5fe3b0bb1b31194c2338b37742e66aba181b0dfa2”
My friend sent me again 1NEAR
I have approved the operation on my Ledger
I didn’t saw both accounts until restarting the page in the Firefox browser
As I see now my account is separate on two:
my current account balance (jooyy.near) is 1.64398 NEAR
bf7a6d1625ae6765147c2cf5fe3b0bb1b31194c2338b37742e66aba181b0dfa2 - 0.3537 NEAR
Is it system bug or my mistake?
How can I delete an account that is not required and send all funds from them to another I use?
How to fix it?

hey @Joy, I tried to investigate on the explorer, it seems that you now have two accounts:

  1. the account jooyy, which is controlled by the keys generated by Ledger’s NEAR application
  2. the account bf7a6d1625ae6765147c2cf5fe3b0bb1b31194c2338b37742e66aba181b0dfa2 which is automatically generated from the Ledger’s NEAR application keys

At a high level, there’s an operation that will “sweep” the funds from account bf7a6d1625ae6765147c2cf5fe3b0bb1b31194c2338b37742e66aba181b0dfa2, move them to jooyy, and delete the unnecessary one.

I don’t think this is a local issue. I tried to onboard 4 of my friends and 3 of them (including my personal onboarding with funds from the exchange) were interrupted and resulted in the same unusability and confusion.

Do you have more information to share, also privately? I want to reproduce the issue that you and your friends are experiencing and fix it.
