In December we plan on only holding one collection round, but I would like to increase the budget to 60N (~$540 at the time of writing).
These collection rounds will be conducted via Twitter and chosen by the council.
We will tell participants to only submit works under 20N so that we can choose at least three NFTs
Entries will be limited to Near based NFTs and the winners will also receive HYPE tokens.
