In November we plan on holding two collection rounds (one will be covered by last months budget) Meaning November’s budget will just be 40N ($360)
These collection rounds will be conducted via Twitter and chosen by the council, purchased by myself (EV3RETH) and then transferred to the HypeDAO wallet.
If the top entry is under 40N we will spend the remainder to purchase our second pick.
Entries will be limited to Near based NFTs and the winners will also receive HYPE tokens.
