MPCH was successfully onboarded to mainnet on May 18, 2026, meaning they operated for 14 out of 31 calendar days. In compliance with active duration rules, their baseline floor payout has been pro-rated to 2,078 NEAR. Under current HSP-007 guidelines, both nodes satisfy the SLA requirements for full payout within their active windows.
- Audit Trail: This report is subject to the 7-day challenge period. If no valid challenges are received between June 5 and June 12, payouts will be processed.

4. Notes & Disclosures
- Price Logic: The standard payout amount of 4,600 NEAR per node is the defined Floor level under HSP-007, as the 180-day average price of $1.2962 remains below the threshold required to trigger the Cap.
- Challenge Window: The challenge window closed successfully on May 12, 2026, with no disputes raised.
- Intermediary Payment Solution: To avoid delays in node operator payments while HoS KYB and payment rails are not set up, NEAR Foundation will execute the payments.
- Performance Note & Payout Reduction: Blacksand recorded an uptime of 97.9% during April’s service period. Under current HSP-007 guidelines, this did not satisfy the SLA requirements for a full payout factor, and the corrected payout was reduced to 50% as stated in the HSP-007 guidelines.
