In June 2026, we onboarded 5 new node operators, strengthening the decentralization of the network significantly.
Because onboarding involves mandatory technical and AML checks, node operators may occasionally remain on testnet longer than expected. To ensure fair treatment, we propose compensating operators who maintain 100% testnet uptime whenever delays are caused by the onboarding process rather than by the operator themselves. Performant testnet operators should be eligible to receive 33.4% of the rewards defined by the program. See details in section 4. Payment Calculations.

Testnet rewards: Testnet infrastructure participants are compensated at a structural rate of 33.4% of the mainnet floor rate, pro-rated to the exact active calendar days inside the reporting window following their official onboarding governance validation. Under current HSP-007 guidelines, all active nodes satisfy the standard SLA requirements for full payout within their active windows.
