E. Target Voting Participation
We commit to 100% participation, ensuring active involvement in governance while abstaining from any votes where there may be a conflict of interest.
F. History of Interactions with NEAR Protocol
We began contributing to the NEAR Protocol through HERE Wallet, a mobile wallet on NEAR. Afterward, we continued as HOT Wallet, a mobile wallet in Telegram. Over time, we brought millions of users to NEAR, integrating and developing many services within the NEAR ecosystem.

H. Top 3 Priorities for the NEAR Ecosystem
-
Cross-Chain Interoperability and Ecosystem Growth
Build infrastructure for cross-chain integrations that will enhance NEAR’s ecosystem by attracting more assets and users, accelerating network expansion. -
Promoting the NEAR Chain Signatures Narrative
Focus on developing and implementing NEAR Chain signatures within the ecosystem, highlighting their role in ensuring better security and user experience, especially in products like HOT Wallet. -
Increasing the Number of Users on NEAR Protocol
Expand the NEAR ecosystem by growing its user base through active engagement with products and solutions built on NEAR, such as DeFi, AI, and cross-chain bridges.
I. Reasoning for any past votes in the NEAR Ecosystem
We have not voted in the past, but we are committed to transparency and fairness in all future votes.
J. Conflicts of Interest
HOT develops products that leverage NEAR Chain Signatures, which directly promote the NEAR ecosystem. As a result, we will abstain from voting on any proposals that involve the development or decision-making on technologies we are actively contributing to, to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
K. Answer Hypothetical Delegate Scenario
A. DeFi Incentives Proposal
We would support the proposal if it creates a sustainable DeFi ecosystem and aligns with NEAR’s long-term growth strategy.
Vote: Yes
B. Marketing Subcommittee Proposal
We would support the proposal if it demonstrates clear KPIs and a structured, accountable team that can execute with minimal overhead.
Vote: Yes
C. Protocol-Owned Liquidity Proposal

Vote: Yes
L. What is your motivation for becoming a NEAR delegate?
We believe that NEAR Protocol has one of the best infrastructures for AI and decentralized applications in the blockchain space, yet it has yet to fully realize its potential in marketing, product visibility, and user adoption. Our motivation is to contribute to fixing these gaps by actively engaging in governance and promoting NEAR’s core technologies, especially NEAR Chain Signatures, and help lead NEAR to greater adoption in AI, DeFi, and beyond.
M. Anticipated delegation support (if applicable)
We expect support from HOT Community and NEAR ecosystem stakeholders who are aligned with our vision for growth and adoption.
