Artist Guide to minting on the Open NxM Mintbase Store
The purpose of creating this Open NxM Store is not only to provide members the opportunity to mint thier NFTs on Mintbase, but to also help contribute to the growth of the ecosystem.
Before jumping into the documents below, let’s go over why we’re implementing a 50% default royalty to the first sale of your NFT.
By minting on Open NxM you are supporting not only yourself directly, but also the other minters who have minted something in the store. Despite 50% of your first sale going to the NxM DAO, we plan on reinvesting these funds (and maybe more) back into you!
Every month we will redirect all the funds earned through Open NxM sales into a Creation Grant, open to all members who have minted on the store. This grant is aimed at enabling the creation of more content for the Open NxM store and more…
You will also notice a default 10% of the 10% forever royalty, which is really only 1% of the total secondary sale. These funds, if collected, will go to supporting NxM community initiatives through the DAO.
