Dear NEAR community, this is my report as founder of Gaming DAO for April.
Review of Funding Proposals: Actively analyzed and assessed funding proposals, determining their alignment with Gaming DAO’s and NDC strategic goals.
Budget Planning: Developed and implemented the budget for Gaming DAO in April, optimizing resource allocation among key projects and initiatives.
Team Management and Leadership: Led the Gaming DAO team, ensuring effective project task completion and goal achievement, and served as the primary point of contact (POC) for all DAO-related matters.
Reporting: Compiled and presented the Gaming DAO report for February, showcasing progress and achieved results.
KYC and SMM Coordination: Responsible for KYC procedures for projects and coordinating SMM, maintaining transparency and active community engagement.
