- Node Experience investigated canary test issue blocking 1.21 rc release;
- Node Experience made Nayduck green, though it required temporarily removing some tests;

Challenges and Blockers
- Core team is blocked on adding tests for EVM precompiles. Linking new crates somehow makes unrelated tests fail. This requires more investigation from @eatmore and potentially help from @frol or @matklad ;
- Core and Contract Runtime teams continue working on the usability of the param estimator, which is blocking a lot of progress on updating the fees;
