Project: EiR - NEAR Mexico - Mexico HUB (Certification of communities, students and teachers)
Description: Locate and certify students in different universities in Mexico, I have already spoken with some and they are willing to do so, members of the GUILD of Mexico are professors in at least 15 universities in Mexico and have access to teachers and students.
In addition, we collaborate with communities in Mexico to certify developer or enthusiast members.
Support for NCA, NCD I, NCD II, NCP for Internet communities and Universities.

Syllabus to funnel talent in the NEAR University courses
The syllabus objective is to let participants understand what type of educational program they want to be part of and develop through the NEAR University courses.

Deliverables:
- 1 webinar per week on the technologies involved in near.
- Prepare students and help with mentors (Rust, WASM, Vue, React, JS, etc)
- Content to promote the initiative and present relevant content to the community.
- 3 NCA and 1 NCD per month
- +3,000 certifications
- +10 Dapps developed within educational programs
- Integration of + 20 devs to DiR
- 10 universities enrolled in the programs with students and professors
