F. History of Interactions with NEAR Protocol:
I joined the NEAR community in Q3 of 2020 and have dedicated almost my entire life to it since then. I am one of the most active users on the NEAR Gov Forum. During this time, I have helped provide marketing support for over 100 dApps, including top projects in the ecosystem. Additionally, I have mentored and supported many new contributors who are now building communities across Web3.
G. History of Governance Participation (in NEAR or other ecosystems):
MarketingDAO Council Participation
Since December 2021, I have been part of the MarketingDAO Council, ensuring transparency in decision-making and promoting equal access to funding opportunities for all community members. My role has included managing over 1,285 proposals, overseeing marketing initiatives, and analyzing their effectiveness to align them with the broader NEAR ecosystem.
Support for Regional Communities and Grassroots DAOs
I have played a crucial role in guiding regional communities, such as Globe DAO, by providing feedback on proposals, assisting in structuring activities, and ensuring alignment with overarching goals. I have also actively supported the creation of new DAOs, such as Degens DAO, Aurora Community DAO, and others within the ecosystem to empower the community.
Operational Enhancements
To improve community governance and funding mechanisms, I have worked on developing engagement tracking systems and onboarding templates for Grassroots DAOs. This includes creating structured onboarding forms, refining funding guidelines, and implementing transparency tracking lists and reports to ensure accountability.
Community Engagement and Transparency
My work at NDC included evaluating member engagement, developing tracking systems, and facilitating on-chain voting for community funding. I focused on funding coordination, legislative drafting, process development, task delegation, community engagement, proposal feedback, execution oversight, budget tracking, and member guidance. These efforts enhanced transparency and efficiency in governance.

J. Conflicts of Interest:
I don’t have any hierarchical power relationships. Nobody reports to me, and I don’t report to anyone within the ecosystem. I have many friends in the NEAR community, but this does not influence my decisions. I can reject a proposal even if it comes from a friend or acquaintance.
K. Answer to Hypothetical Delegate Scenario:
What additional information would you need from proposers to make an informed decision?
KPIs, budgets, sustainability plans, and go-to-market strategy.
What key metrics would you evaluate to support or reject the proposals?
TVL, volume, retention, and engagement.
How would you ultimately support and vote for these different proposals?
I would support each if comprehensive information was provided.
L. Motivation for Becoming a NEAR Delegate:
To empower the community, in-house influencers, and developers. Web3 governance is my passion—I’m deeply interested in it and excited to be part of this new phenomenon.
M. Anticipated Delegation Support:
Many people have confirmed the delegation.
