Our project one will see more than 150 Creatives making use of their wallets to mint their songs and comedy skits on Mintbase, Paras, Tamamgo and NearHub. It’s going to be a continuous activity even two months after the event.

Our project two will see constant visit to NEARHUB by around 20 active users from each Theater group, making it around 200 visitors. Withing November and December.

To keep all Thespians DAO members account active and in use, we are introducing “vote-in” proposals, a concept that will allow DAO members to vote in proposals from members that will make it to the next funding session.

We will onboarding and educating 150 - 200 new members in Project One and two hundred audience in Project Two. Project 3 is to create avenue where these wallets would get entertained and make them stay active (Thespians Hub) and well as easy access to our NFTs and project highlights; while Project 4 will see us getting over 4,000 online members and enthusiasts to keep in line with NEAR activities.

1. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
- DAO introduction *
The THESPIANS DAO is a community of Actors & Actresses, who perform for both Stage and Film; including the crew members and all theater lovers who finds value in our Arts.
The DAO uses the acting platform to educate, entertain, and connect web2 users and Creatives to dApps, DeFi, Metaverse Experience and Web3 as a whole; using the NEAR Ecosystem as it’s driving force.
THESPIANS DAO’s PURPOSE
The purpose of the Thespians DAO is to create platforms for Actors and Actresses to freely express their creativity and heal the world through dramas and films. And to also appreciate the effort put in place by crew members who work tirelessly behind the stage and camera to make these works of Art a success; in the same vein having returns through NFTs, Web3 Event Ticketing, Metaverse Experience; inculcating the usage of NEAR dApps & DeFi in our theatrical activities as well.

Roxy The Entertainer ( @Roxy )
Johnson Chukwu, popularly known as Roxy is a graduate of Theatre & Film Studies Department, University of Nigeria. He majors in cinematography and editing. Roxy road to stardom picked up when he started shooting music videos for: Magnito, Bella Shmurda, Oga Sabinus, Mc Makopolo (to mention but a few). These guys are top celebrities in Nigeria. He has been a great tool in pushing the Thespians DAO to a lofty height. He has been active in the NEAR Ecosystem for more than a year.
Henry ( @Henry126 )
Henry is a world class cinematographer. His experience in the cinematic world had given him International visibility. His first travel to Dubai was in the bid to share his experience in the film production world.

Femd is an Award Winning Editor. He is world class! Having Femd in our team is absolutely a win-win. He edits for most Cinema movies out of Nigeria. Femd is the best man for the post-production job.
Chizy ( @Chizyj )
Chizy is in charge of our Audio Studio (when set up). He is a talented music Artiste with a trending EP on Web2 before being onboarded by Thespians DAO.
Jobonson Smart:
A very creative writer, Director and Continuity Manager. He is part of us and you would gradually get to know him in series of our upcoming projects. He has written so many movies and have worked with many celebrities in Nigeria. We have worked with him as web2 Artiste, and he would be Onboarded in the course of this project.

A social media promoter and a guru in generating traffics for events and contents.
He is also a music Artiste with over 10,000 followers on Instagram. We have worked with him as web2 Artiste, and he would be Onboarded in the course of this project.
My Team is the best to receive the funding because we are built with experience and very eager to work. This has been seen on our past 3 projects as we onboarded nothing less than 70 New NEARians, traveling more than a 12 hours journey to spread the gospel of NEAR and different DAOs like NEAR Digital Fashion DAO came out from the activities of the Thespians DAO Activities in the Eastern Part of Nigeria.

Thespians DAO is the first DAO to produce a Drama NFT in NEAR Ecosystem. And we are striving to be the first DAO to produce a strictly Metaverse Film Drama Series and first Audio Drama under NEAR Ecosystem.
Our first and just concluded Short Movie on NEARhub has a total of 150 views and 67 users on the day of our premiere. And the short movie was one to talk talk about.
It was also premiered in ETH Milan, with @roxy representing Thespians DAO in person in Italy.
In the course of our projects, we have minted over 60 NFTs, onboarded over 80 New NEARians who had no idea about web3 or Crypto or NEAR!

We have written a total number of 8 Proposals over a period of 8 months to Creatives DAO, 4 of those proposals were approved while 4 of them were not approved (since inception).

Our 3 main Goals in Thespians DAO are to Entertain, Educate and Onboard. We have successfully made use of our Creativity to onboard more than 100 New NEARians and educate them on the advantage of Web3, Crypto and why they should operate under the NEAR Ecosystem. We will continue to onboard a great number of people and move them from web2 Creatives to Web3 Creatives.
We are promoting the Web3 possibilities of practicing Drama NFT in Africa, Web3 Drama Ticketing and creating self sustainibilty platforms for Actors and Actresses to make money for themselves through hosting of stage drama and Cinema premiering of Film Dramas in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. We are the first DAO from Africa to mint a Stage Drama under the NEAR Protocol.
Our short movie premiering on the Metaverse has prompted many Directors to consider the NEARhub as a fun, lucrative and new experience to Premiere their movies. And we are getting Proposals for partnership and collaborations from Professionals to experiment on Thespians Hub.
As part of our “the3flix” Project, we would be collaborating with NEARhub team to stream live some Film Drama and Stage Drama Coaching Classes, which will draw web2 users to NEARhub to learn how to: make up, costume, shoot, act, stage design, script and other important things to learn in the Art of Film Making and Stage Drama.
In the course of our activities this month, Tamago witnessed the first Film Sound Track from Thespians DAO. A beautiful song produced by @Ibla7e and recorded by @Chizyj
Arrangements have been put in place to see that these projects work out and our social media publicity team headed by Spicytee will see we generate more traffic for our upcoming projects and contents.
- 2023/2024 Roadmap
In the advent of new guidelines by the Creatives DAO, we have to readjust our Roadmap to achieve NFs goals and targets for DAOs.
Apart from mass onboarding and opening of hundreds of active NEAR wallets, we would pay more attention to creating and selling of NFTs; providing contents for NEARhub, Tamago, Mintbase and Paras. Including Self Sustainibilty though IRL crypto event ticketing and revenues from our contents on YouTube (which is undergoing review processes by the YouTube Tech Team for monetization).
Our contents would come in forms of Stage Dramas, Dance Dramas, Film Dramas, Radio/Audio Dramas, Onboarding Classes, Tutorials on How-To-Do and YouTube Monetized Contents.
2023, First Quarter
We will register Thespians DAO as a Legal Wrapper. We consider using service like

We will be hosting a Short Film Drama that will be premiered on NEARhub before upload on YouTube.
We would host a Bounty to inspire the community to follow our Film Drama streaming on NEARhub and as well to achieve a large number of Audience on the Metaverse. There will be massive social media publicity to draw traffic to the space and attract Web2 Artistes to participate too.
There will be massive online publicity growth for our Social Media pages and we will apply for YouTube Monetization to give us a good platform to generate revenue for contents that will be coming out from Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio.
We would also embark on getting the script for our first NFT Film Drama Series ready. We would also run a documentary/interview with the Nollywood writer as we onboard him into the NEAR Ecosystem.
We will kick off with series of production meetings ahead of our Film Drama Series which will be coming up at the second quarter of the funding year 2023.

We are collaborating with ABIA ENTERTAINERS FORUM, to hijack their end of the year event and make it a NEAR Onboarding event, that will see 200 Creatives in the forum move from Web2 Artistes to Web3 Creators on NEAR!
We will continue massive online publicity of our Social Media pages and we will finalize our YouTube Monetization to give us a good platform to generate revenue for contents that will be coming out from Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio.
There will be massive online publicity growth for our Social Media pages, as we will be hitting nothing less than 10,000 followers all across our Social Media Handles.
We will continue promotional activities, posts and contents to attract the world to Thespians Hub. As well as collaborate with creators and directors to start premiering their movies on Thespians Hub.

We will introduce back our EVENING OF DRAMA. Where different Drama groups will participate and compete for a price. This time around it will be a Metaverse event on our NEARhub Space.
2023, Third Quarter
We will be venturing into the Episode 2 of the HK movie which focuses on women and how they can be impactful in the ecosystem and saying no to the abuse of drugs and prostitution, rather learning how to sell NFTs and build on Web3.
We will pay off for Thespians Hub fee (the $1,000) and we will save up for our upcoming NFT Film Series coming up in 2024!!!
2024
From the experience and success gathered with the short film in the first quarter, we will be going on Set for our Film Drama NFT Project. This project would be a 6 Episode Film, that will be shot in Thespians Audio-Visual Studio Space. Three Episodes in the second quarter and the remaining three episodes in the third quarter of project funding.

Hijacking of ABIA ENTERTAINERS FORUM End Of The Year, to make it onboarding and transmission event for the members to switch from Web2 Artistes to Web3 Creators under NEAR Protocol
Description:
Abia State is a State in Eastern Nigeria, with over 4 million people. And I happened to be one of the finding blocks of it’s Entertainment Structure known as ABIA ENTERTAINERS FORUM, which has over 150 online members and more than 200 offline members.
These more than 200 offline members (157 online members) are all Web2 Artistes. Ranging from Musicians, Comedians, Actors & Actresses and Movie Directors
Every end of the year, they do their end of the year meeting, but this year I want is to Hijack the meeting and make it a NEAR Onboarding Event. This is an opportunity of getting over 200 consistent Creators in NEAR. These people are Entertainers filled with passion and they have access to the whole population of Abia State.

Project 2:
Evening Of Many Dramas on The Metaverse
Description:
The EVENING OF MANY DRAMAS ON THE METAVERSE is our take off from the successful IRL of the first Season. But this time around, we are giving it a Metaverse Experience, which is an opportunity for people from all walks of life to participate in.
So different Theater Groups in the world would have to submit a pre recorded Stage Drama and we would gather on Thespians Hub with our ice cream and pop corn to watch these beautiful Dramas.
The winners would be selected via many factors and few has to be with the number of audience they invited, how they are able to narrate the storyline of their Drama presentations, the technics in Drama elements and storyline too.
Three winners will be selected and given $100 each. There will be $100 bounty for 10 guests too.

Second Part Payment for “the3flix” NEARhub Space
Description:
We are designing “the3flix” NEARhub Space. This is to get Thespians DAO fully engaged in the Metaverse Activities and encourage intra-DAO contents on the Metaverse; as well as generating daily to weekly usage of NEAR wallets by the community who wishes to get entertained on our Space.
The concept of “the3flix” NEARhub Space is a Cinema-like Structure on the Metaverse with contents flowing in from Thespians on a weekly basis.
The budget for “the3flix” NEARhub Space is $2,500 which is divided into three payment schemes.
$500 for previous funding quarter,
$1,000 for this funding quarter,
And $1,000 for the last 2023 funding quarter.
Expected Outcome:
A well designed Cinema-like Space on the NEARhub for Thespians DAO.

Due to the Annual 3 Quarter Funding Scheme of the Creatives DAO, this project would start in this funding scheme and would be finished up in the third funding scheme, so we can have other funds to take care of many other projects.

This will make us to employ the activities of a Web2 Social Media Gurus to help grow and manage our Social Media pages.
We will wait on the YouTube Review Team to finish reviewing the Monetization of our YouTube, which will give us a step ahead in Self Sustainibilty because we are creating contents strictly for YouTube and will generate revenue from there to maintain one or two activities of the DAO.

So we will start saving money and generating funds for the big project coming up in 2024
2024 PLANS:
We will see Thespians DAO producing the first Film Drama NFT Series. This will have 6 episodes. After Post-production, we will partner with Cinema houses to run a ticketed premier event, where audience would come to watch the Drama and in so doing learn about the activities of NEAR Protocol and dApps running on them.
We will kickstart the development of “the3flix” dApp, and make sure it goes live. This would be in partnership with the Developer DAO. Discussions are ongoing on how to make this dApp a successful one.
There will also be Drama Preview on the NEARhub and bounties will be awarded to audience who paid maximum attention during the Premiering. Online publicity will take place to draw massive audience to the Metaverse as usual. We will be targeting 100-200 audience on that day.
There will be a Master-class for Editors in Thespians DAO Audio-Visual Studio Space. Contents will be generated here and posted on Mintbase, Paras and Social Media platforms.
