Theme:
The theme of the art contest will be โSisters of Earth: Celebrating Womenโs Deep Connection to Natureโ. Artists are encouraged to interpret the theme in their own unique ways, exploring the various aspects of the relationship between women and the natural world. The artwork can capture the beauty of nature, the interdependence between women and nature, the transformative power of nature, or any other concept that resonates with the theme.
Objective:
The objective of Sisters of Earth is to explore the deep relationship between women and the natural world. Through this bounty, we aim to highlight the connection, harmony, and strength derived from nature and its profound influence on womenโs lives and experiences. We believe that art has the power to convey these connections and emotions, and we want to celebrate and showcase the unique perspectives of women artists within our community. We also encourage women to participate in the workshops with the same theme, that will be held beforehand.
Contest Guidelines:

Eligibility: The contest is open to all female artists. Priority will be given to the workshopโs participants.

Medium: Artists can submit artwork in any medium, including painting, drawing, digital art, photography, sculpture, or mixed media that could be made into a digital piece to be minted as an NFT. (We highly recommend that if you create a physical piece you include it with the NFT.)

Submission: Participants should submit their artwork in digital format on this post by the specified deadline. The submission should include the artistโs name, artwork title, medium, size, and a brief description of the artworkโs connection to the theme.

Originality: Artwork should be original creations of the participants.

Number of Submissions: Each artist can submit one artwork for the contest.

Timeline: The contest will run between Aug 02nd to Aug 25th, allowing ample time for artists to create and submit their entries. The deadline will be Aug 25th, 11:59PM UTC.

Judging: A panel of esteemed judges, consisting of renowned women artists and members of the Ina DAO council, will evaluate the submissions based on creativity, interpretation of the theme, technical skills, and emotional impact.

- 1st prize: $350 USDC,
- 2nd prize: $250 USDC,
- 3rd prize: $200 USDC

Exhibition: A virtual exhibition where all artworks will be shown, will be organised to showcase the works and celebrate the creativity and talent of the participating artists. The exhibition will provide a platform for the broader community to engage with and appreciate the artworks.

ATTENTION: Winners will be announced during the gallery opening in Voxels and NearHub. You must attend the opening to potentially receive a prize. โ
