Learning from the current NDC Regional DAO discussion, we propose the KPI monthly (brown highlight) below with a $2500 monthly budget divided into three categories:
Task: Share and translate the daily news on Twitter about the NEAR ecosystem totally through the NEAR protocol, and NEAR Foundation Twitter account into Vietnamese.
Translate an unlimited amount of articles about the Near ecosystem.
Write 7 new articles: Review 3 projects, 1 Dev event, and 3 AMA recaps.
Old KPIs: minimum 15 Vietnamese articles
New KPIs: minimum 17 Vietnamese articles
Costs: $200
AMA on Twitter space:
Task: we will host 2 AMAs per month.
Each AMA we will research and write a project review on medium, then conduct AMA teaser with reward, prepare questions, answer and host AMA in both languages simultaneously, announce the winners, and publish the AMA recap afterward on medium.

Hello. Unfortunately, RCDAO couldn’t find support at Near Foundation as informed us by MDAO because of Limited budget.
Due to the established Near Foundation limits and specific KPIs for August and September (focus on elections), NDC Trust cannot support proposals to be attached to MDAO in V0. We keep building
We are so disappointed with your management style.
First, we joined your elections, then you guys abandon the results.
Then we made the proposal, revised back and forth based on your RC DAO direction, get approved, paid for the team, and set up the AMA with projects, now who will bear our overhead cost?
Then now you said to cancel it with a vague reason:
What is NF’s strategy? Why don’t you align with the NF approach before giving the strategy and get approval on funding before starting?
What is your role here? Will Admins take responsibility for your mismanagement?
Please kindly note what is meant by not aligning is the fact that Mdao got imposed by a cap by Mdao and RCdao shouldnt be in MDao budget in the first place
So NF does not align with the fact that RCdao should be taking out of MDao budget. That was the feedback we got.
As you are aware and always noted and mentioned several times is that RCdao has no money of its own and cant get money of its own until NDC V1. All what Admins have tried to do is leverage partnerships with other Grassroots dao like Mdao to get funds for Regional Communities at the interim before V1. So are you faulting us for trying to get a temporary alternative funds pipeline for Regional Communities before V1?
You keep mentioning this election Hai but you always fail to mention RCdao Admins didn’t cancel the electiona but an indeoendent committee group that included OGs and the GWG team recommended cancellation.
You also fail to mention your name was part of the major investigation on the master wallet that manipulated the election and tried to cartelise the election…
With this being said.
RCdao will focus on V1 and the work we are doing with the continental group to get us to V1 with its own funding.
Enough of blaming Admins for people cheating in the election.
