Proposal: DIGITAL MARKETING PLAN ROADMAP

Artivist’s marketing plan starts with the development of its visual identity, by defining the logo, rules, values, and strategy that will embody the brand.

When created, we intend to start developing our online strategy. In this phase, will study and select the most adequate communication channels, our objectives for each one, and the profile of our target audience in them.

As the creation, marketing, and community-building processes for a new brand present some challenges, furthermore associated with the fact that it is a crypto and NFT-related project, we’ve divided our marketing strategy into stages.

This first proposal will focus on the time period of June to August and embrace the brand identity and strategy, and the communication stage that will mark the beginning of our marketing and community-building efforts.

As we’ve established on the investigation already made and reported, there’s still some mistrust or unfamiliarity with the crypto and NFT universe. Therefore, we’ve decided to dedicate our first communication stage to the education of the public, in subjects such as web3 culture, Near ecosystem, NFT and smart contracts, and Artivist user journey.




JUNE | BRANDBOOK

In June, we’ll be focused on creating the brand’s concept and design by clearly defining the brand identity, strategy, and overall look and feel.

The brandbook will include:

_ brand’s descriptive memory;

_ brand’s values, mission, and positioning;

_ target audience, persona;

_ logo structure and concept;

_ fonts and colors;

_ logo versions and variants;

_ scalability and responsiveness;

_ brand application examples.

The development of this brandbook will serve as the cornerstone of the brand’s identity and will be used as a guideline for all communication channels and supports used in the future.

JULY | DIGITAL STRATEGY

In July, we’ll lay the foundations for Artivist’s digital marketing strategy.

This strategy guidelines will help to identify, develop and manage our digital presence from the brand creation to the beta dapp launch.

To do so in a more effective way, the overall strategy will be divided into three stages, according to its focus and goals.

The digital marketing plan will include:

_ communication stages and goals;

_ online personas;

_ online communication channels;

_ target audience for each channel;

_ communication line for each channel;

_ type of language and tone for each channel;

_ number and type of publications on each channel;

Expected deliveries: Digital Marketing Plan (strategy + social media calendar)

AUGUST | COMMUNICATION JUMPSTART

August will mark the beginning of Artivist online communication.

Throughout this month, we’ll develop our first creatives and social media posts, for each channel, according to the digital marketing plan defined in the previous stage.

The communication jumpstart pack will include:

_ creation of social media pages;

_ profile setup;

_ stage storytelling;

_ posts creatives;

_ marketing KPIs;

_ social media report;

Expected deadline: End of August

Expected deliveries: Social media posts prints; month report

Sub-total: 1200 USD

Total request for June, July and August: 3000 USD

Nearly everything in your proposal is actually what you do prior to requesting funds.

The compensation for the overall strategy and ideas behind what you’re going to build should be determined prior to submission and built into the proposal. It’s a no from me.

Hi @carolbampa thanks for your proposal. For new projects we normally will fund the first month.

In addition, I would echo the comment from @Klint and suggest that you continue to develop your project before requesting funding.

I am unable to support at this point.

@Klint I wish you could help us find a possibility regarding our marketing plans. We are developing a Dapp with the collaboration of Creatives DAO, whose main mission is to introduce NGOs to the decentralized world, enhancing their autonomy. A well-structured mkt plan is fundamental for us to design strategies to reach our stakeholders. We need Near’s collaboration because our work will also be to publicize that this ecosystem is the most coherent to foster initiatives for social and environmental causes because of its low impact in relation to the ethereum system.
Could you tell us if including this mkt study in a grant application for the development of Dapp would be coherent?
