Hello @marketingdao-council,
May/June was a great period for us at C1 guild and we are looking forward to better months.
WHAT’S NEXT?
After our onboarding experiment and hosting our first AAN (Ask Anything NEAR) session ( https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1ypJddBNjmYJW ) we are putting together a team of volunteers for a mini university visit to onboard developers from two federal higher institutions in Imo state, South- Eastern Nigeria.
The volunteer team will comprise of the Members of the marketing team, the tech Operations lead some core team members and council members. Our visit will be limited to the department of computer sciences and software engineering for now.
Our goal is to onboard builders/developers who will Build on Near, adopt Near products and bring positive onchain result. We will be onboarding these builders for not just C1 guild but for the entire Near community. After onboarding and properly equipping them with the necessary Near Knowledge through our AAN (Ask Anything Near) sessions and AMA’s, we will create a topic here and on Near social and each developer will introduce him/her self, interest, share links to their past projects (if any) and capabilities and any community on the Ecosystem interested/ in need of developers can invite/absorb them into their community while those who so desires can remain in C1 Guild.

SIDE NOTE:
What is AAN and why is it important?
Ask anything Near is a space session we started and dedicated to teaching new onboarded members the basic things they need to kick off their Near journey. We intend to keep inviting the OG’s on the ecosystem as speakers/lecturers because they have the knowledge and are deeply rooted in Near.
It is one thing to onboard users and builders, it is another to equip them with the basic knowledge to get them started. The later is just as important as the former. A lot of people get onboarded and end up leaving because they find it hard to navigate but with little help, guidance, information and push they will survive the first frustrating and confusing phase, bringing their A game and jumping on great projects.
AAN creates the room for Newbies to send in their questions and get answers from the OG’s.
