Organise an introductory event for the syzygy guild on Twitter Spaces and Clubhouse:
These introductory events of the guild will announce our presence, mission and goals to our targeted audience and be a quick outline of our actions. During the events, we will have guest speakers who are active in the various scenes (creative, dev, entrepreneur, young people in STEM) to add weight to our discussion.

Groundwork for writers’ collective
The plan is to initiate a young writers’ and creatives collective where they’ll be able to share their craft, promote their work and eventually publish and be rewarded through incentives and competition prizes. In the long run, with their increasing knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and Near through our Dev events, they can confidently enter the NFT space (Mintbase for example) to establish verifiable ownership of, or market their craft. (3rd & 4th week of February)

Groundwork for Creatives, Devs and Young people in STEM collective (especially girls)
During this meeting, we shall meet with active leaders in the Creative, Dev, and Young girls in STEM community to discuss how we can collaborate and set up a sustainable cycle of projects, workshops, events and competitions and establish a community, and how they can contribute as mentors. (2nd & 3rd week of February)

Performance Indicators
We believe these are very important for our work and will be looking to be more detailed and specific with time. For our first month of activities, our performance indicators will be a measure of:
- Social media engagement
- Attendance in Spaces and Clubhouse events
- Participation numbers for writer prompt and call for submissions
- Growth of community (social media channels) after events
- How active the channels are
Anything else the Creatives DAO Council should know?
This is our first month of activities. We can only get better from here. In case there are any leftovers or extras in the budget, that will be included in our report and carried over to the events for next month. We welcome corrections, guidance and questions.
Our social media pages and channels are still being created but we believe the success of our rookie month should get us the visibility and traction needed to start growing our community organically.
