What is De3Verse?

De3Verse is a multi-purpose next gen metaverse platform which comprises of following features:

  • Residential spaces [Owned by users, customizable: owners can host public/private meets, play with their NFTs and a lot more]
  • Commercial spaces [Commercial spaces represents the central city which is full of entertainment spaces, events, headquarters, places to hangout and a lot more]
  • PvP games: [hunt, race etc… are the games which users can play by spending their ‘XPs’ which they will earn for spending time in the metaverse]

We recently got our first grant from near protocol to build de3verse. We have started our development and progress is going really well. We will soon make our demo live on website and we think this is the right time to start building community.

Marketing-Proposal Aims and Goals:

We believe NFT and metaverse space is really new and require unique and organic marketing strategies to build community. In web3 community is the major part of project.

As a marketing strategy, it’s really important to engage with the audience to build the identity of de3verse and near protocol.

This is going to be our first and fresh marketing effort to build community and we hope marketing-dao will come forward to support us in this journey.

In our marketing strategy we will do the following tasks in order to build the audience:

  • Educate users about near protocol, including community from other blockchains to drive growth and more users. This includes simple yet meaningful guide to setup wallet and start exploring near protocol.
  • Strategic partnerships with NEAR/SOLANA/ETH projects. [Targeting at least 2 partnerships]. This will also help to caught eyes of community from other blockchain to near protocol ecosystem.
  • Support artists and tag creators. This helps new artists in the ecosystem and also helps to build trust amongst community.
  • AMAs with the community on twitter and discord.
  • An attention catching teaser and website launch.
  • List de3verse on well recognized mediums. [Example: howrare.is etc…]

Community Moderator Responsibility:

  • Create and engage community [AMA’s, Q&A, Conducting simple contents)
  • Gather community feedback and respond to queries
  • Manage offensive content to ensure safety of users as well as de3verse
  • Produce content that portrays the brand positively
  • Handle pressure to save brand from daunting situation

  • Evaluate target audience and create messages that resonate with their needs

  • Research on hashtags

  • Monthly content planner

  • Find out where the target audience hangout

  • Email marketing: content marketing: participating in relevant online community forum

  • Strategic partnerships with NEAR/SOLANA/ETH projects. [Targeting at least 2 partnerships].
  • Reward topmost and genuine supporters.

SEPTEMBER-BUDGET

Website and email marketing: $600 [ $300 UI/UX, $300 development, maintenance and management]

Our UI/UX design is almost complete, development under construction.

Community Building and moderation : $400 [two moderators will be appointed]

Social Media Management: $400

Content Creators and planners : $700 [2 persons will be appointed to work on this part], this included educational and brand content.]

Graphic Designer: $400 (Graphic designer will be responsible for all brand and education related post visuals and graphics)

Strategic-Collaborations : $1200 [This includes strategic collaborations with established projects: we will make some custom assets and branding in metaverse in exchange of official long terms collaborations.] [We will also host some giveaways] (Targeting at least 2 collaborations with established projects]

Support new artists, host giveaways and reward topmost impactful supporters: $200

Total Budget: $3900

Some query details:

  • We have capacity to handle 40-60 posts/months, this includes Daily text content and daily visual posts.

  • On an average we will make 40-50 posts in discord and on twitter per month. Visual graphic posts may range from 15-20 a month.

  • Number of AMAs : 4 AMAs/months => 1 AMA/week [in discord and twitter on alternate basis]


  • It’s a mix: NFTs and near giveaway. [50-50]

  • 4-5 giveaways, cost may range from $10-20 per giveaway.


  • Strategic collaborations are designed to collab with well-established projects/brands to drive growth and establish our identity.

  • These type of collaborations helps us in driving growth and enhance our reach in the ecosystem through word-of-mouth tactics.

  • It also helps us to leverage the reach.

  • We create some eye-catching custom assets with their branding inside our metaverse project where they can host their events, invite their community members, the assets can be a headquarter, place, open ground etc.

  • The collaboration is with other near well-established brands/projects, in some cases this may be with other blockchain projects also: this also helps in introducing and driving growth to near protocol.


  • This section is designed to support new artists in near ecosystem: like we can buy some of their artwork and tag them on social media: this helps to build trust

  • Impactful supporters could be the one who is investing their time in our discord server to engage community/helping with their creativity or contributing to near protocol in some way.

What is the amount of the NEAR Grant and the milestones attached to it?

I am inclined to think it may be a little early for a marketing budget from Community Fund as the product is still under development, has received funding.

We got $10k in near for the start of program, and our development progress is excellent. It’s been more than 3 weeks since we have started our development and we are confident to make our demo live on website in less than a week.

Milestone attached:

  • Launch first version of metaverse, integration with mainnet

  • Launch NFT collection

  • Marketing plan

Our launch of fully functional MVP is scheduled to be on 7th November and our demo is already in the making to be put live in less than a week.

We really think it’s important to start building community in order to build identity of de3verse and we have demo ready to be put live in less than a week, we are building our product and will keep this updated as we progress.

As we build this product, our marketing efforts will be mainly focused on collaborations, community reach, regular AMAs, community building, regular updates, this will help us in long term and will keep the community intact with regular product updates.

Interesting project – I understand the need to build an audience in advance of a successful live launch.

My key question in this is around the strategic collaborations. Can you elaborate on the kinds of projects and teams you plan to partner with? Do you have a current network you will be tapping for this?

If possible, would be great to open up partnerships and collab opportunities to the community via the Forum so more in the ecosystem can get connected and involved.

To begin with:

We have planned to collab with some well-reputed projects in the ecosystem, not necessarily NFT projects. The collab can be with any well-reputed marketplace, DEFI, protocols, etc…
As far as the network is concerned: Personally, I am in direct contact with some project founders/co-founders and there is also a “NEAR Project Ops Team” who can help us connect directly with the coordinator of these projects.

Yes we can. For the projects that are in the initial stages, we can structure the common ecosystem/place where they could be hosted/branded in our metaverse. And for some big projects, we will have some exclusive areas, assets, and structures.

Planned means: we will reach out to some established projects to have official partnership with us, the question is why would they collab?
Here the answer is: we are building one of the innovative metaverse experience in this industry and we will create some exclusive ecosystem for these partners where they will be able to host their community and can enjoy the functionality in an exclusive way.

Why strategic collaborations are important as far as marketing is concerned?

  • These type of collaborations helps us in driving growth and enhance our reach in the ecosystem through word-of-mouth tactics.
  • It also helps us to leverage the reach of our partners.
  • This also helps in getting the attention of wide range of audience of these partners.
