This is a good idea, but it is usually used at an early stage of the project. Moreover, I have been actively watching DropsEarn since its foundation, it is an excellent platform for starting any project.
I have a few questions:

The Near Protocol ecosystem is quite developed. I can judge this by the number of job applications from different guilds. For example, in our guilds, there are about 20 people willing for one position. But the problem is that the bulk of applications are low-quality specialists. I have suspicions that most of the users who will participate in your campaign are low-skilled specialists. How will you solve this?

Even if the users turn out to be highly qualified, what benefit can they bring to the developed Near Protocol community? I repeat, there are a lot of people willing even at this moment. Moreover, highly qualified users are already active participants in the ecosystem.

How will you deal with multiaccounts and other fraud methods?
Again, this is a great idea, but given the fact that Near Protocol is already a well-known project, this idea will not bring significant benefits. IMHO. In my opinion, you should talk to new projects in the ecosystem and help them develop. It is desirable that this does not turn into a system in which the user receives $ 200 and forgets about the ecosystem, since he actively participates in 20 more similar programs

When I saw OWS rolling opportunity so many people got disconnected and many Twitter accounts are now inactive, Also I see there are other countries where people dint know about the near forum so this ambassador program also gives them more opportunity to be part of the forum.

As I already mention we are going to reward people after 2 months, The first two months will be the examination round, devotion, and responsibility towards the ecosystem

Also, I have made a structure where I am going to target people with their experience in the past, also they are into any of these fields like Youtuber, Editor, Content creator, and Graphic designer.

Multi-Account and fraud as I am going to take google meet with people, and about the multi-account, people in the near forum and telegram use multi-account we cant stop them but yes we can monitor their activity.

Conclusion, this Ambassdor Program is not for reward or earning money , Its About connecting more people to near in different ways.

So May I know the final Conclusion of these topic
We can Start with First 2 Month and Check the Response , If we got good candidate from global we will give them opportunity to be part of OWS
And reward will be if they got any opportunities to work with any project
I believe First Month we can Try out … as we don’t have to pay the ammount .
Also we are targeting 25 best Ambassdor from Their real outputs and devotion towards project , so they payable ammount will be around pool of $1000 , Which I am not asking for now , It will be considered after the finall call .

I’m optimistic about this program and sure it will yield active participation from people around the globe.
My question is; Is there a criteria to choose those who are already knowledgeable about NEAR Protocol or everyone can go for it.
I would suggest that good hands in NEAR Ecosystem tries it first.
