Projects to be funded:

Metrics

  • muti sessions: last editions received around 1,5k-2k views on Youtube; we intend to use them for future partnerships with Lisbon-based companies. Onboarding of all the artists; Dao collaboration.
  • Echosound Festival: Event with approx. 400 pax throughout the weekend, mutibazaar for NFT redeemables and onboarding will be possible during the event
  • NFT Fair: Collaboration of 5 DAOs buying NFTs, min. value of 600 USD in N overall to flow into Mintbase creations and to support artists;
  • Stipend: 2 artists who will be onboarded into the ecosystem & report/document their works to be shared
  • Booking assistant & Gear: will help the DAO to grow in the physical world as a collective, event producer and agency as well as becoming independent from funding.
  • NEAR platforms used by muti: NEARhub, Mintbase, Paras, Tamago, ref.finance, Astro DAO, NEARdrops, 3xr, NEARcribs
  • Platforms/Ways to showcase NEAR: Youtube, IG, FB, Twitter, Medium, our website, Linktree, muti bazaar for physical NFT redeemables

Just leaving here a brief summary of my activities in mutiDAO to better improve the transparency of my participation as a council member in order to avoid misunderstandings., given that most of what I do happens offline.

  • Association matters (meetings with accountants in real life + phone calls, bank visits to open association account + phone calls, fuel expenses)
  • muti sustainability (gear research and knowledge gathering)
  • Ideation, project planning and mediation work on a daily basis (in real life @ muti HQ)
  • AstroDAO presence

I can give more in-depth descriptions if any doubt arises.

As @thefalmon initiated above, here is a report on this months activities.

  • active voting on proposals in the astrodao
  • main contact point while other mutians were away from the web3 space on work duties
  • dealing and managing muti:on this month
  • learning the ins and outs of managing our NEARhub space
  • managed the BOUNTY, minted all the NFTs and created a 3XR space of them.
