[APPROVED] Generative art hackathon bootstrap

TLDR of the proposal:

This proposal stands under the hat of the Open Web Community Conference + Hackathon.
The generative art community’s goal is to explore the integration, distribution, and incentivization mechanisms for generative art on NEAR.
This proposal is to outline the request for the initial funding for DAOs bounties.

Detailed proposal - max 450 words, if more info is needed link to docs:

I see generative art as communities built around creators and their work.

As a creative coder, you are used to picking your art from your systems and propose it, creating the models, and then picking a few of the results that best represent your ideas.
NFTs allow generative artists to distribute their whole model and, in the near future, leverage smart contracts as creative tools.
This allows community members to pick and be the tastemakers for themselves.
All while creating communities and getting both the collectors/contributors and the artists engaged.

We’re exploring the intersection of generated art, token-based communities, and organizations.

Creativity (and near storage) is the limit here.

Potential ROI/impact on the NEAR Ecosystem:

As we go about playing with the NEAR blockchain tools (and bridges) while stretching out to see what’s possible, we hope to help to spark creators and collectors communities within the NEAR ecosystem that talk, collect, and create art, music, text, video for good.

Amount of funding:

2000 $NEAR
