    -interviews
    -systematization and analysis of the answers
    -report
    -video about the process and reflections

  • Bounty for participants:
    30 USD per participant = 180 USD

    Subtotal: 600 USD

Building the dapp:

  • Project Manager = 420 USD
    -Manage weekly meetings and prepare agendas
    -Lead and coordinate the Discord work discussion forum
    -Lead and coordinate executive tasks and project purchasing demands
    -Organize project information and processes into reports and file folders on gdrive
    -Prepare funding proposals
    -Elaborate accountability reports

  • Development web app = 1330 USD
    -Finalize landing page
    -Search/Plan smart contract structure/functionality
    -Research/Plan dashboard structure/functionality
    -Connect to Near wallet
    -Integrate with Mintbase

  • UI Designer = 200 USD

    Sub-total = 1950 USD

Total asked = 3.000 USD in Near


:NOTE: After approved, all payout proposals will be for the N values displayed here; members of the Artivist DAO council and members of the community will have to use this as reference when asking for rewards. Those will be fixed once and if the request is approved by the council of the Creatives DAO. This must be done in order to protect the DAOs funds, otherwise we risk being unable to fulfill our commitments. That also means that members can ask for their payout at any point during the month. Used conversion rate: tba.

Hey @carolbampa, the report on activities so far looks great and it looks like Artivist DAO & dApp is shaping up! I would just like to refer you to the new system that we introduced and posted last week for new DAOs to the ecosystem over the course of the first three months. This proposal currently comes in above the 3000$ tier for a second month of funding:

Please create a poll on the Creatives DAO astrodao [link: Astro ] so that the council can vote. Budget Reallocation_May 22

Due to the increased demands laid on our development team, we have decided to make a small adjustment to our approved budget in order to be fairer to the work of our colleagues.
Our initial proposal was based on a budget of 5k, as we hadn’t taken into account the recent funding updates. Thus, deliveries were calculated based on more resources, and the adjustment to 3k created inequalities in the first redistribution.
