[Approved] Adding Council to Graffiti DAO

This proposal is to add new members to the Graffiti DAO council.

With the addition of @mwhyden & @ted.iv we will have a total of 3 members on the council. Can you pls comment your approval and your near wallet to link to the DAO.

Together with this proposal we aim to move the DAO from Sputnik V1 to AstroDAO and then add the council members officially to the new DAO.

Looking forward to restarting the great Graffiti DAO initiatives again!
