[announcement] new council members for learn near spanish

Hello Hello ! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

This is one of the activities where I have been working as volunteer =). Well I also get some nice nLEARNs, and I started as a translator, but was just on the early start, then I build a translations team and welcomed other good contributors. So finally, @Jloc and myself we start running the LEARN-NEAR-SPANISH DAO, here in detail:

  1. Started as translator
  2. Help on the onboarding of new members
  3. Leading as a Volunteer and as reviewer with Jose Luis, then @LuisAponte99 also help us on the leadership
  4. Build up the team with translators and reviewers
  5. Now I welcome the members of the team that have been proving themselves to be part of the council

So I am happy to announce the new council members:
