! I want to share my activities in these last 4 weeks.
I am currently doing Teachers in Residence called Introducción a NEAR en la Universidad Tecnológica de Nayarit in NEAR Hispano. In these 4 weeks of work, I developed and implemented unit 3 called NFT’s with my students, which I explain below:
March 07 to 11, 2022:
We started unit 3 with the topic “What is an NFT?”. The students learned about NFT’s their timeline, how they are composed, importance and, above all, the impact they have on current society with the arrival of blockchain.
March 14 to 18, 2022:
Topic seen this week “The details of all non fungible tokens". The students learned about the uses of the NFT’s and we mentioned 7 of them and also, we review every single one of them. Also for this week I teach how to create a collection of NFT and upload to a market place, like NATIVO NFT, so the students create their own NFT and then the put it into market. This way l achieve the objective of the theme. Here is the folder in Drive and all the videos are on the NEAR Hispano youtube channel.
March 21 to 25, 2022:
This week we work with the topic “Security (Can someone copy your NFT?)”. The students learned about NFT’s the risk that exist through phishing and the different ways to fraud anyone who have an NFT.
March 28 to March 01, 2022:
This week we end the unit with the topic “Utility (Where can be used?)”. The students understand the utility of all NFT’s and the applications as well. Cristian have a talk with them about DAO’s and also we have the visit of METAPOOL team into the class where they have a staking party and a talk with the students about the project and the staking process.
NEAR Hispano Education
Also during this month as part of the NEAR Education team with @Cristian, Luz Margarita y América together with we met every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to carry out the development and organization of the Syllabus of the educational programs taught in NEAR Hispano and this month we have 4 NCA, 1 NCP and 1 NCD, which was quite a success, just like I said in my lastest post.
