We want to create a set of 7 static stickers and 5 stickers with movement for our Telegram group.
benefit/justification
The intention is to make people feel more relatable in the community of Philosophers DAO with personalized and unique stickers.
the project
Create the art for 7 static stickers and 5 stickers with movement. We will set a bounty for that and the council will choose one winner. The winner will have 10 days to deliver the set of stickers.
The stickers need to be an avatar of a historical philosopher, have an owl with it and follow those emotions (happy; loving it; kisses; sad; rolling eyes; angry; surprised)
We will offer 350USD to this bounty (150 USD in NEAR or DAI, whichever is more convenient for the DAO, and NEAR value will be measured according to the exchange rate used by NEAR to pay the DAO). 150USD for 7 static stickers and 200 USD for 5 stickers with movement.

Week 4: Receive the set, pay the artist, upload the set for telegram and made the report
We released a bounty for choosing 7 statik telegram stickers and 5 moving stickers, but we ended up choosing 2 sets of 7 statik stickers, and we splitted the resources equally between both artists. Each artist was paid 50 near (175 USD). And our choice was made by telegram, with the members of the dao, and confirmed by astro.
The project was completed in the appropriate time.
Highlights and Final Products:
We could produce 2 sets of 7 stickers each, which we use in our community on telegram, to stimulate participation.
Learnings:
The experiment was a success and many people came to our telegram community (we have now around 90 people). We could learn that if we use the community to vote on the bounties, we can acquire more people on telegram.
