Highlights:
The face-to-face events are pretty cool, because the exchange is greater. For the next ones we would like to have a computer and a person to create wallets on the spot, in case people want to buy an NFT or pay the entrance ticket via NEAR.

Learnings:
With the first 3 months of DAO we realized that the deadlines for project approvals and developments were very tight. So we decided to do a more spaced out schedule, so many of the projects this month are still in progress, which has also impacted our metrics. I think it is good for DAO and for the artists this longer development time, since we depend on the approved funds and then on receiving the funds to be able to develop the projects. For the next few months we will already have a larger flow of monthly deliveries and this will also impact our DAO numbers.

Next steps:
We realized that our network-community is very much in the offline. The events are full, but we are still not moving as much as we would like in our online community. So we thought about some actions for the next months to bring these people online. They are: open calls and the development of a weekly newsletter to present the projects from inside DAO and introduce the NEAR universe to the readers.
