Highlights:
The highlight this month goes to the entry of the third council member, John. His entry into the DAO aims to expand our actions and to expand our community. We are also making several meetings with artists and collectives to present more and more different projects that can impact new people.
Learnings:
We are understanding the flow of planning and executing the projects together with the artists, since from the presentation of the proposal of the month until receiving the funds goes about 2 weeks. In our second month we managed to meet the deadlines, but for the next ones we will extend that time.
Next steps:
Going into the third month of the DAO we have already managed to understand the ecosystem a little better. We have made some contacts with other DAOs and we are very interested in composing joint projects (events, artistic residencies, etc). This third month will be important, as we will manage more projects and create more consistency for the DAO. We are in constant search to improve and make this project grow.
